Professional Investigation & Inquiry Service is a specialized search service designed to overcome the language and procedural barriers in Japan to help find your lost belongings.
1. What’s Included
Intensive Search Period
We will conduct an intensive investigation within 3 business days after confirming your payment and receiving all necessary information. (Please send a confirmation email once your payment is complete.)
Professional Inquiry Scope
Based on the details provided, our experts will conduct professional inquiries via phone and online to relevant authorities, including local police stations, railway and bus operators, and hotels or commercial facilities.
Bridging the Language Barrier
We act as your proxy and communicate directly in Japanese with local offices and lost-and-found centers that may not support English.
2. Deliverable
Within 3 business days, you will receive a detailed “Investigation Report” via email. The report will include a list of all facilities and authorities contacted, along with the results of each inquiry, including police report numbers or reference numbers if applicable.
3. Important Disclosures
No Recovery Guarantee
While we exert every professional effort, we cannot guarantee a 100% recovery rate. The $19.00 fee is for the investigation service itself and is non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
Physical Logistics
This fee does not include physical pick-up, storage, or international shipping. These logistics are covered under our Success Fee ($100) and additional shipping costs once your item is successfully located.

A. If we cannot find your item after completing our search, no Success Fee is charged.
Q. What kind of items can you not handle?
A. We cannot handle items that are prohibited from international shipping, such as stand-alone mobile batteries, flammable liquids (perfume, lighters), or cash.
Q. How long does it take?
A. Once we receive your application form, we typically start the process within 24 hours. The time to retrieve and ship your item it depends on the facility’s rules and the shipping method you choose.
